Do you ship internationally? No, we currently only ship within the United States.

How much is shipping? All orders will incur a $9 flat rate shipping fee.

How long will it take to get my order? Processing time to package and ship orders typically takes 1-3 days. Once shipped (via USPS Ground Advantage) orders can then take up to 3 days to arrive. You will receive an email with your tracking number. If your package is marked "Delivered" but you still haven't received it, your local post office should be able to provide details of the delivery. We are unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen packages marked "delivered" or those that arrive late.

For local pickup, please choose free “Local Pickup” during checkout and we will email you when your order is ready.

What is your return/exchange policy? Plant Magic Market does not accept returns, in-store or online. However, if something comes to you damaged or defective please contact us! We love and appreciate our customers and we’ll always do our best to make things right.
